The National Executive Institute Associates (NEIA), the Major Cities Chiefs (MCC), and the Major County Sheriff's Association (MCSA) are publishing the Leadership Bulletin to furnish law enforcement officers with information that may enable them to perform their duties safely and encourage the discussion and debate of important issues within the law enforcement community. All three organizations are private, non profit, and public service foundations.

The Leadership Bulletin is published as a service to the law enforcement community and, in particular, to those thousands of officers throughout North America who lay their lives on the line each day to make all of our lives more secure. Articles and research papers published on this website may be duplicated or republished without permission. The views of the authors are not necessarily those of the NEIA, the MCC, or the MCSA.
